    When I first looked at these, I was quickly impressed with the elastic component. As a shop owner for many years, I cringed when my customers “cranked down ” on their tie downs often to find later that the contents of the bag or the fork seals would start leaking prematurely.
    I will be using these as a part of my luggage system as well as tieing down my bike when it gets in the trailer for a weekend at the race track..
