When you describe a product as “tough” you better be ready to back it up.
Our one-year damage Limited Warranty is your strong assurance that the Acmemoto2 Copolymer Polypropylene Luggage and our Simple Sling represents a wise, long-term investment in adventure and lasting satisfaction.
At no extra charge and for a period of one year from the date of purchase, Acmemoto2 will repair or replace only, at our option and one time only, your damaged luggage when due to a crash, get off, low side, high side, touch down or parking lot tip over. This warranty includes coverage for manufacturers defect.

We will respond as quickly as possible.
- Our interest is only in performance not appearance.
- We will ask for pictures of the damage and a description of how it happened.
- We may ask you to return the damaged luggage freight prepaid and will ask you to be responsible for the return freight as well.
- We will work to repair or replace the damaged parts as quickly as possible.
- We will replace only the parts that prevent the luggage from being useable.
- No labor coverage to remove, replace or repair is implied. We are not responsible for damage to the motorcycle.
- We are not responsible for damage to due excessive exhaust heat.
- Under no circumstances will we be responsible for direct or indirect damage to persons or property.
- Please ensure that the luggage is attached safely and securely including the center security bolt before riding.
- Please do not exceed the weight limits of your bike. Estimates must include the rider and passenger.
- The mounting plate and attachments are not covered by this warranty.
- We are not responsible for damage to interior bags or contents.
Our product improvements are continuous. During the manufacturing stage, it is possible that minor changes will be made to improve the quality and usability of the product.

- We will be shipping on USPS or UPS Ground whichever is the best option.
- We will provide tracking numbers as soon as they are available to us.
- We will notify you immediately of any issues that may affect the order.
Any of our products can be returned within 15 days from date of delivery for any reason -“No Questions Asked”.
When we receive the products and a copy of your invoice, we will credit your payment method for the full amount paid.
All return shipping is prepaid by the purchaser.

Being human, we will sometimes make mistakes.
We will try to make sure our photos, descriptions and pricing are up to date, but we reserve the right to make changes which may not be posted to our site. If they are not we hope you will understand and we will come to a understanding that makes both of us happy.
